You know some of these alleged creditor lawyers call my concerns an overreaction.  That is why I ask all of you to read this story today and put yourself in my shoes and let you be the judge in the Piggybankblog.com Court of Public Opinion.  Then you can tell me what your reaction would be.  We will start off by pretending that my family is your family.  I will try and put you in my frame of mind and you tell me if I’m over reacting.  Excuse me for using dramatic license, but to honest with you, it was very dramatic situation for me and my family.

Picture if you will that is a beautiful winter day where you live.  The sun is shining nice with a cool tolerable breeze.  You think to yourself that it is a perfect day to let the kids go outside in the yard and play after being cooped up in the house from the frigid winter.  The kids grab their favorite toy and run outside.  Then when you look at your window you see that your six year old little boy is in his own little world playing with his favorite truck.  Then you look across the yard to see that your ten year old daughter is now in the driveway playing hopscotch with one of her favorite friends.  You are not too worried about the safety of your children.  That is because you chose this particular neighborhood for its quiet safe street, so really what is there to worry about, right?  You are also not too worried about the traffic in front of you house, because there are very few cars that usually drive by, and when they do, it is usually someone you know that lives in your very tight nit neighborhood where everybody knows everybody.  In fact the only time you hear a beep form a driving by car — is when it is followed by a wave by someone you know.  What could not have known was that there is a strange vehicle driving slowly towards and by your home without your knowledge.  The car stops a few houses down from your home.  Then the stranger puts the car in reverse, slowly backing up to your home, but just to stop the vehicle directly in front of your property.  Now this stranger is staring directly at both your children and at your home.  They then put the care car into park and just sit there for minute.  Your kids freeze with fear because they know something is wrong.  Then the stranger gets out of his car with sunglasses on without saying a word.  They walk right to the front of your house where your children are.  This stranger is now only a few feet away from them.  The children are frightened so they run as fast as they can into the house and yell to their Mom in the kitchen. Your wife drops the jar of jelly that she had in her hand that she was using to make the kids lunch with.  It smashes on the floor into a million pieces.  This is because she can see by the look in our kid’s eyes that they are scared.  They yell: “MOMMY! MOMMY! There is this weird scary man in our driveway in front of the house! Mommy! We’re scared!”  Well, for that second your wife is stunned because she does not know how to react.  She rushes to the front door to only see the stranger’s car slowly driving away.  Instantly, she has that sick feeling in your stomach.  This is because “Oh my god who was that?” and “what did that stranger want?” and “was he stalking my children?” and worse that than that, was he going to snatch my kids from the front yard when my wife was making their lunch.

Now a month or more passes by.  It is now another beautiful day out.  All the thoughts of the stranger that day are gone from the children’s memory and everything “seems” to be back normal.  So all three kids decide to go out and play ball in the front yard that day.  The sun is shining, so the children seem excited to have the warmth of the sun on their faces, because they know that spring is right around the corner, which means they will not have stay cooped up in the house anymore for the winter.  They couldn’t be happier – and neither could you.

Then all of a sudden your daughter sees that same car with a stranger pulling up to her home once again.  Pretty much the same story as the first time, but this time, you hear later that the stranger gets out of the car and walks up and down the front of your home taking pictures of both the house and the children.

This stranger then gets back in his car and drives away like a ghost in the night.  Well the kids are really scared now.  That is why they run into the house to tell their mom the stranger is back.  That sick feeling returns immediately to her stomach.  This is because she now knows that something is definitely wrong.

Your wife confronts you with what happened when you came home, but you cannot imagine who this person is, until you realize that it might be the alleged creditor that has been potentially harassing you and your family for some time now because you chose to sue them.  You wonder if this is their way of maybe trying to intimidate you and your family with some kind of mafia style tactics.  This is because you would not be surprised after the way have threatened you on the phone.  Nah, a company would never do something like that, right?”

You don’t trust this attorney and you certainly don’t trust the alleged creditor who has been trying to potentially steal your home from you.  That is why something in your gut tells you this attorney knows something more than they are letting on.  That is why you press on by sending multiple emails back and forth with them.  This is because you just know that they are not telling the truth.  You also have that uneasy feeling of having to know until you can confirm that your wife and children are safe.  That is why you finally tell the attorney that you are calling the police.  You tell them that you’re going to ask for an investigation into this.  You tell them that you are going to request an emergency hearing in front of the judge hearing your case.  Then out of the blue the attorney says, “Oh yes, we have been sending strangers to your home. We won’t do it anymore. No need to call the police. No need to contact the court.  Just forget about it.” (Picture is of Martha Croog)

Now, like I said, I may have used dramatic license to put you in our frame of mind.  Yet the facts are clear and undisputed.  That is because the fact remains that Attorney Martha Croog and her client sent some stranger to my home on two separate occasions.  The fact is that Attorney Martha Croog only admitted these facts under the threat of a police investigation and an emergency hearing in front of a district judge.  That fact is that now Attorney Martha Croog says that they were just inspecting the house. She said it as if it was acceptable behavior or something.  I felt like I had no rights simply because she might think her client has a legal right to steal my home when.

To date the stranger they were sending to our home has never been identified.  Was if some “bone breaker” sent to scare my family?  Who hired this stranger?  The Law Firm?  RMS? or SLS?  What is this strangers job?  They will not release the strangers name.  Why?  Is Croog and RMS and SLS trying to hide something?

Ms. Croog was fired or let go or released from the case.  I don’t know what the true reason was for her release.  Is it because she sent some thug to intimidate us? I don’t know.  Yet I do know that me and my family will never forget it.

That is why I hope that the Piggybankblog.com Court of Public Opinion will agree with me that this was totally unacceptable behavior by both Ms. Croog and RMS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES LLC or SPECILIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC.
