Hey JW

Did you receive one of these notices that informs you the BAC is transferring servicing to Bank of Destroying America? On the 2nd page it identifies the creditor who owns the debt and gives you a 30 day window to dispute ownership of the debt? Seems like a trick to get us to waive a right to dispute??? Maybe I’m just paranoid…xxxx

Well, I am not so sure you are being paranoid at all Morgan. Bank of Lying To America is a bank that has used MERS, Robo Signers and Fraudclosure, which is why I am guessing that anything is possible. The reality is that in court Bank of Lying To America was having a problem identifying the investors most of the time. This is why I am sure this might just be another trick that is up their sleeve, which might be meant to defraud the American people again, but ultimately another attempt to pull the wool over the courts eyes. Therefore, I would go ahead and send a certified letter disputing it, but while asking them to produce the original note. They will of course probably respond with wanting you to provide them with evidence of who the investor is, but only because they might not know in the first place. Either way, I would go on the record with disputing it. Besides, chances are that they will just lose your dispute letter, but you will at least have a certified receipt saying that you sent it.

The simple fact is that we have ourselves a demon by the tail baby, and now I am going to swing that demon above my head, but just before I throw it back into the pit of hell that it came from!

I rec’d this letter and then about 3 weeks later rec’d a letter stating they sent it in error. During the 3 week period I sent a dispute letter to them so not sure if that triggered the notice to disregard the first notice. HA! They are so messed up, have no clue what they are sending out to people.

Sent my dispute letter back it is funny the lender name listed was just a bunch of letters and numbers not even a real company name.
