So it seems that Piggybankblog Personality Fadie Hany Areny is a hit! I knew he would be! After all, Fadie knows everything there is to know about the Chain of Title and Securitizationissue, which seemed appropriate to bring him on my blog during a time where I am talking a lot about this very issue. The simple fact is that Fadie Hany Areny has a unique ability to not only understand all the issues with the Title and Securitization History scandal that the banks are facing, but Fadie Hany Areny also has a unique ability to explain it in a way that people can understand it. He does not like to identify himself as an expert, but make no mistake here, because he is an expert beyond any stretch of the imagination. That is why I asked Fadie to be a Piggybankblog Personality here on my blog.

Happy Armageddon Everyone!
So I noticed that the world was still here when I woke up this morning, but does it really matter? The reality is that the world ends for someone everyday anyway, which is why we are all walking the green mile in retrospect. I also noticed that all my problems were still here too, which is why I am one of those people who are happy to see the year 2011 gone, because it might have been one of the roughest years I have ever experienced, where I would find out who my friends were in the end. The loss of my twenty five year company was a major life change for me and, therefore, it was a year of loss to biblical proportions for me. I mean it was like a giant volcano erupted and the lava flow just destroyed everything in its path that existed in my life before. Yet here I still am! This is because in my greatest weakness I eventually found my greatest strength. And so will you!

Anyway, now people like Mitt Romney say that we should just allow the fraudclosure business to take its natural course so our economy can recover. Shut up Mitt! If we want a prick for President we will vote for one! (Wink) (Dramatic License) What he is saying is that we should just let them fraudclose on us! It is apparent that our existence might be annoying Mitt, however, where was good old Mitt when they gave trillions of dollars to the banks in a taxpayer bailout? Well, he was probably making money from it, but why did he not think it was reasonable to let nature take its course with the banks? Yah, that’s what I thought! It seems to be a double standard, because they seem to think that it is okay to collapse the economy with their greed, and then sacrifice all of us to rebuild the economy, while the banks are not held accountable to the laws of our land. You see the laws are only meant for little people like you and me. (Wink) However, they say we need to do this to save the economy, but I suggest that us Americans are already experiencing a Great Depression, if we are losing our homes and jobs and everything we own. So it must be because Mitt wants us to save their economy and their mega and track mansions! NO WAY! AMERICANS ARE FIGHTING BACK!
In the end, the only lesson that these CEOs learned was “Keep coming it works!” This is because they actually benefited from
their crime, while the government protects them by trying to get them to pay their way out in the 50 State Bank Settlement Talks, but as a political gain for those entering into the deal. In reality, it is how they do it anyway, but they are just more in our face with it. Yet it is nothing other than racketeering talks at the end of the day. Hell, Mitchell J. Stein must be pissed off to find out that all you had to do was pay the government to avoid prosecution. (Tongue in cheeck) At any rate, why should we feel that they will never do it again if they let them get away with it? Of course they will do it again! There has been virtually NO PROSECUTION of big bank CEO’s. Instead, the Banks were actually rewarded with TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS in taxpayer bailout money and tax breaks, which equals us paying them to actually kill us. It would end up leaving banks like BofA going to THE REAL BANK OF AMERICA (The Federal Government), but with their own personal ATM debit card Obama gave them. Which by the way, Brian Moynihan, I think you owe us 5 bucks a month to use the debit card. (Wink() (Tickle, Tickle)
Listen, I venture to think that we would have all been able to afford our mortgage too, if we received the same welfare benefits as Bank of Living Off America. That is why they are not better than us! They are paying their mortgage with TAXPAYER MONEY! This is potential evidence that Bank of Living Off America are actually the ones who might have bought a house they could not afford!

Then they did not give us a loan modification! That was a hell of a thank you to us, but they would further add insult to our injury by saying that we could not sue them for it, even if they did say they would give us one, because they said we understood in the original loan documents that they could refuse us a loan modification for whatever reason they want. Well, okay, but there is also something else we understand Bank of Defrauding America. You see, We The People understand that Countrywide and you might have sold loans concurrently multiple times. We The People understand BofA might not be able to identify the investors. We The People understand that BofA might have been already paid by credit default swaps and insurance, in which now he “investors” might be the insurance company that paid BofA. But guess what BofA? We The People also understand that we might not owe the lender any money if there is a Break in the Chain of Title. (Smirk)
So I have told you the problem Piggybankbloggers. Now let me tell you what might be the solution.
The solution might be:
Get your Title and Securitization History Search done before it is too late! Because you might be able to stop them from fraudclosing on your home if there is a break in the Chain of Title.
You can take that to the bank! No pun intended. (Wink)

It appears that the federal government might be starting to investigate the big banks and their CEOs. That is if we were to go by my tracker anyway, because I do not think there is a day that goes by where the United States Department of Justice and FBI Criminal Justice Information System are not on my blog. Now I would conclude that they were here for Mitchell J. Stein, but hey, I think they already got him, right? Or, we could conclude that they might be here because of me putting piggy noses on public officials, however, I am not sure that constitutes as A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY, such as Bank of Destroying The American Dream might be. Either way, they seem to be typing in keywords like “Brian Moynihan” and “Bryan Cave” and “Stuart Price”…..aka Stuttering Stuart, which tells me that they might have other interests than piggy noses these days.
Are they investigating now because of the 60 minutes interview?

Anyway, someone was telling me the other day that there is a lot of “suits” that do not like me. This is because apparently there are two types of attorneys out there, such as there are the ones out there who love to hate me, but then there is the ones who hate to love me. I am like a dirty little secret of theirs, because we all know they read my blog, even if they are just coming on to see if they are on my shit list. (Wink) In fact, I am always making a list, checking it twice, because “I am John Wright AND I AM FIGHTING BACK” is going to find out who is naughty and who is nice. (Wink) At any rate, I never get my feelings hurt if 
someone does not like me, because I am not here to make friends with suits, but instead, I am here to make war (Dramatic license) with anyone that I perceive being on the banks side with this issue. Which by the way, if they do not like me, I am guessing it sort of reveals what side they are on, doesn’t it? I mean who would not like me? I am absolutely adorable! Either way, the simple fact is that I am upsetting the establishment like Jesus did, because I too have been turning over the money makers tables. The only ones that do not like me might be the ones up to no good. (Wink) With that being said, why should I care if they do not like me? It should only matter to them if I like them, because, let’s face it, I make a better friend than an enemy at the end of the day. They should always consider that I am a the lead protestor in this fight against Bank of Destroying America, and they would have to be an absolute fool to disregard the fact that I have thousands of supporters who do like me, which means they are are no good to me if they are that stupid anyway. One person was quoted saying: “Wright’s supporters are very loyal to him. They will go wherever he goes. They have been known to metaphorically cut off the ear anyone that might be a threat to him in the past. Like him or not, Wright has proven to be a power to be reckoned with in this fight.” Now that is how I should be treated! However, I think Howard Stern put it best when he called people like this person who did not like me “pig vomit,” because they end up being the same people who kiss your ass when they realize that you have a huge audience. So that is why I wanted to give them a head start here by telling them to “Kiss my ass” right now. Either way, this has proven that everyone is going to be saying my name at the end of day one way or another, which means IT IS WORKING!
There is one thing for sure here. And that is there is a NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN!

I am sure that many of you have noticed that I have made changes on practically every page here on my blog over the past week. The reality is that Piggybankblog is sort of growing up with this issue, in which I felt that I have a responsibility to grow up with it. So I gave it a face lift of sorts. For example, I have removed all links that said “Join Lawsuit” and replaced it with a tab that says “Lawsuit Info” instead. I have also put “Dramatic license used” in areas where I might be colorfully expressing myself. I did this as an effort to make sure that I am not misunderstood, while I am trying to avoid Ronald Regan’s words: “One man’s freedom fighter is another man’s terrorist” sort of situation.
I have also added the advertising banner to the top of each page. Now you should make no mistake here, because I do get paid to advertise for this company on my site, which is why you should still use due diligence in your research. It is the first time where I have accepted money to advertise on Piggybankblog. This is because I realized that I was no longer in a position to solely fund Piggybankblog anymore. For example, Google would cost me hundreds of dollars of my own money in the past, in which I was able to do when I had my company, but I am no longer able to do without help. Nevertheless, I did use extreme due diligence in 
investigating this company before I agreed that I would advertise them. This is because I care about all of you tremendously, in which I was not about to accept advertising money from a company that I did not believe in. I spent one month researching this company and those who run it. I like them a lot, because they did not seem to be all about the money and, in fact, they even said to me “This cannot be all about the money.” They said their first primary concern is helping the homeowner protect themselves from a potentially illegal fraudclosure. I also got to know them on a spiritual level, while I had spent many hours interviewing them on the telephone. Now I had been approached by many companies for advertising before that I was not comfortable with, so these guys were a cold glass of water in the desert, but I still pushed them up against the wall with questions anyway. I expressed to them that there was no place on this planet they could hide (Dramatic License used) (I have to say that now), if they ever did anything to hurt the homeowners with this service I was advertising.

Now some people have said out there that all Title Search Companies are a scam. However, I truly do not think so, because I think it is a valuable service that is needed in this legal fight with the banks, because at the end of the day, you may find out that the potentially fraudulent Bank of Tricking America does not even have the legal right to foreclose on your home. The question here is if it is effective in court, in which I present to you a court transcript, where the judge specifically asked for it: Court Case Transcript However, I expressed to (company name removed) that I felt that the process would be useless, if the person was not referred to an attorney that could help them with it after they received the results. Therefore, I insisted that they do not sell a Title Search History to people that they were not able to refer them to an attorney after. They agreed.

I was talking to one of my Bank of America Executive connections yesterday, who actually sits around the corporate table with Brian Moynihan. You see he owed me a favor on an unrelated situation, so I gave him a call yesterday, and we talked on the phone for over an hour. Now I have known him for some time now, but I have agreed to never reveal who he is on my blog because he actually likes his job there. He is a good guy. I like him a lot. That is even if he is completely on the side of the bank with this issue.
As I always do with him, I brought up the fact that Bank of Living Off America received a taxpayer bailout. He replied: “Now John Wright, when are you going to stop bringing that bailout stuff up? We paid that all back with interest!” I answered: “Yah, after BofA made interest on it! How about giving the taxpayer money to the homeowner for a change? We promise to give it back after we make interest on it too!” That is when he explained to me that Bank of Living Off America never wanted the money in the first place (Yawn), but that they were told that one of the other banks would collapse without it, in which the government said that they had to take it or nobody got the money. Whatever! Nobody is ever going to convince me that the government had to twist Bank of Betraying America’s arm to take free money!

At any rate, the last time we had talked, I had expressed to him that Countrywide might have sold the same loans several times concurrently. This is not only potentially illegal, but it means that there is a break in the chain of title and, therefore, the law potentially says that borrowers will NO LONGER OWE ANY MONEY ON THE LOAN. This is when he told me that he actually mentioned it to the other executives around the corporate table at a meeting, while asking them if it was true, in which one of them expressed that they were dealing with copies and that it could be true, but they felt it was isolated. I laughed and said: “Yah! Isolated to not being one of them it happened to!” That is when he said to me: “John, people cannot just get a free house out of this. They borrowed the money and have to pay it back.” I answered: “Well, maybe you have something there, but neither does it suggest that Bank of Stealing America should get a free house either! They
might have already been paid back by several unidentified investors, multiple times, and by credit default swaps and insurance! A potential insurance fraud! Then the taxpayer had to bailout AIG! Now they want the homeowner to pay them again?” I explained to him that the difference between his opinion and mine was that THE LAW SEEMS TO BE ON MY SIDE! He replied: “Well, I am not talking about the law John. I am talking about how I feel about it.” Unfortunately, even though I did not agree with him, I did understand that he represents a large amount of people that believe that the importance of homeowners not getting something for nothing, might be more important than the law to them. This is why I believe the statement of “Nobody gets a house for free” is a negative PR driven bank campaign, as the other arms of this campaign are phrases like, “MORAL HAZARD” and “DEADBEAT BORROWER,” but are meant to deflect you from what the real issue is, which is that Wall Street has blown up our economy, while the banks have committed potentially irregular, fraudulent and simply unsafe mortgage practices.
The point is that something is happening here!

Therefore, this is why I encourage you to get a Title and Securitization Search, so you can show the court that Bank of Stealing America might not be foreclosing the real party and interest (The Real Owner). However, I want you to be very careful about what company you use to do your Title and Securitization History Search. There is gold in them there hills, and there are a lot of Avon sales representatives offering it on the internet to just make a buck. This is why I would never refer anyone to a title search company when I previously brought up this topic. Trust me, there were many of them offering money for me to promote them, but I just did not believe in their particular service or ethics about it. I finally decided to settle on one that offered me significantly less money, basically because I believe in them. I interviewed them for two months because I have to always be careful about what product I will lend my name too. I know nothing about any other products they offer though, and you need to be advised that I am not responsible for your experience at this company. So please use due diligence in investigating if you use any of the other services.
Get on it! Get it done! Do it now before it is too late! Hold Banks accountable!

I just woke up from a horrible nightmare. I had a dream that someone misunderstood my blog and did something horrible. I don’t even want to go into details of what it was, because it was so horrible that I do not want to accidently plant the idea in someone’s head. However, it reminded me of the responsibility that I have in being a high profile blogger with thousands of people reading my blog. Not only a responsibility to all of you, but even a responsibility to all those I protest against here at Piggybankblog. This is because I know the person who is sitting here writing this blog, but I have to admit, I do not always know the person who is sitting there reading it.
This is why I want everyone here to understand that it is the decisions of the “title” of the person that I am protesting against here. I am not protesting against any person individually. That is why NOTHING I talk about here should be construed as “personal,” because I do not think the people I protest against are bad people. The only one I personally do not like is Attorney Spivak, because I think he is a guy that likes to have his cake and eat it too at Brookstone ($$$$). For the record, I did not say that because Stein does not like him. (lol) I just don’t like him because I think he is up to no good, and I have heard some of the things he said about me. However, it does not mean that I hate him or wish anything bad to happen to him personally or physically. I wish Mr. Spivak the best in all his “honest” endeavors.
Please be advised that my protest is not a “personal” protest against any of the individuals that I protest against, such as Brian Moynihan, Barbara Desoer, Kamala D. Harris, and Pam Bondi. My protest is against the decisions of their “title” and not them personally and the only social consequence that I believe they deserve is not to be re-elected. That is unless they stop defending the banks in their criminal actions, and start defending the law and the homeowners. Then I think they deserve to be re-elected, in which I myself will campaign for them here at Piggybankblog.com to be re-elected if they do change their course. Then I will be the first to turn them into a hero! In fact, Kamala D. Harris is close to that status right now, because she stepped out of the 50 State Racketeering Talks, and has united with Nevada’s Attorney General in investigating the banks. She only needs to do something that stops the banks from fraudclosing on people’s homes now, while she also needs to prosecute the banks. Though I appreciate that Kamala Kaboom has gone after Fannie and Freddi (The Federal Government), I have noticed that she has not gone after even ONE BIG PRIVATE BANK CEO, such as in the case of Bank of Destroying Our American Dream. Unfortunately, and until then, my protest against her will continue in an exercise of my Freedom of Speech.
Listen, I have heard or seen good things about every single person that I have protested about here at Piggyankblog, but I just think that it is possible that good people make bad decisions sometimes. Public figures, including myself, should already know that they come under the scrutiny of the public, so nobody should be surprised here. However, it does not mean that I do not think they have the right to exist though. In fact, I would not even hesitate to give my blood or a kidney to any of these people if it kept them alive, but I am just not willing to give them my house. (Wink) I also realize that the ones I protest against all have families that love and care about them, in which I try to be sensitive to that fact. This is why I never posted the personal address or phone number that I found on-line of Brian Moynihan, because I simply felt it was crossing the line and I worried about their safety. I recognize their families love them as much as we love our family, and I love these public officials too, because they made a decision to serve our country with great sacrifice. For example, I am sure that Kamala D. Harris and Pam Bondi could make far more money in a private practice, such as the CEO of Bank of Lobbying America (Tongue in cheeck) (Wink) (Tickle, Tickle.. Brian). Therefore, I appreciate and thank them for choosing to serve our nation publically with great sacrifice, because there is something to be said about that. However, let’s not forget that it is you and I that make this country great!
This is why I want to encourage any of you out there to only show your feelings in the ballot box or in a peaceful non-violent and non-anti-government protest. This why myself and Piggybankblog simply do not suggest or support any other method, but in fact, absolutely reject violence of any nature.
Therefore, what I am saying is that I think they all have the right to exist. I just wish they felt the same about me and piggybankblog.com.

I have now concluded that every single blogger in this room works for the California Attorney General’s Task Force, according to my tracker. No not really, but I have used my tracker to identify all the attorneys combing through my site trying to find something that would turn me into “I am John Wright AND I AM FIGHTING BACK” “The Defendant”. They are all just doing their job of course, but hey, I am just doing mine too! Ha! Ha! I AM KIDDING! But did you see all the pens and pads come flying out when I said that? This is why I thought I would help them out by telling these hired guns where it all began for me. Unfortunately, for them, someone made the mistake of saying to me: “This is all about public support in the court of public opinion,” in which I concluded that they were absolutely right. So I immediately began to cut and paste comments around the internet on hundreds of articles. That is when someone told me that I should blog. I replied with: “What’s a blog?” I was not really an internet or computer person, so I did not know what a blog really was. That is when I decided to treat it like an online journal of sorts, in which I decided that I would use the element of “entertainment,” but to bring as many people that I can to my Non-Violent and Non-Anti-Government protest. I would treat it like creating a painting, such as John Lennon did with his songs, where he spoke abstract in the music……..hence the song Piggies.
Unfortunately, the government would end up not too happy that John Lennon was controlling the masses with producing music that said things like:

You may say that I am a dreamer
But I’m not the only one

And the world will be as one.
What did that mean to a government that had millions of people standing outside the White House in protest? Well the government would not see it as “entertainment,” but instead, they would see it as psychological warfare to control the masses. Apparently, the government feels that they are the only ones allowed to use it. (Wink) Otherwise, they will label you a David Koresh from Waco. The police had used psychological warfare by blasting music in the compound at night, in which David Koresh played “These Boots Are Meant For Walking” song over the outdoor speakers back at the police. They were basically driving an insane guy more insane by using psychological warfare. However, I do not know why anyone wonders who burnt down that compound, because all you have to do is listen to the music Koresh played back in retaliation.

Piggybankblog Non-Violent and Non-Anti-Government protest Disclaimer
For the record, I am against what David Koresh did.
It is what I like to call using the “Matrix” to get ones point of view across. Your churches use it, commercials use it, and television uses it and, unfortunately, David Koresh used it. This is why Hollywood would be accused of using the matrix as part of a communist overthrow of the government at one time. The matrix is very real and can be very dangerous in the wrong hands. I am the “Wright” hands though. If you think about it, I use the Matrix to make masses feel better, while I entertain them responsibly promoting a Non-Violent and Non-Anti-Government protest. The simple fact is that I love my country, and in case nobody noticed, the American flag all over my site. I would NEVER promote social chaos at any given time. It is just not my style. That is why The United States government is not my enemy, unless they announce me as theirs. However, even then, it really means nothing even if they do announce me as their enemy, because I have no intentions of fighting back the United States Government. But I do have intentions of exposing Bank of Destroying America’s potentially illegal, fraudulent, abusive, and simply unsafe ways using my Jedi powers, while exposing that they potentially sold your loans multiple times concurrently. This is because I believe that it is the banks that are the real threat to our national security, and not me and Piggybankblog. Therefore, I try to influence the authorities to focus on them, instead on stupid mailers, which should not have been the California Attorney General’s priority with her new Task Force, or should I say “Our” new task force. It should have been the banks Kamala!
With that being said, I am interested in entertaining all of you by creating characters like “The Elderly Farting Dust Judge Johnson” and “Stuttering Stuart,” but not for the reasons they might think. I do it because I think it allows people who are suffering to not take things so seriously, while allowing them to laugh and cry at the same time with all this. I do it so that people can come out here and let off some steam, just so they do not actually do something stupid. I am trying to help people not kill themselves with this, as I am sensitive to this issue, because my father killed in himself when he was twenty six years old. In some ways, I am saving him over and over again with what I do here, but by helping all of you. For the record, I do not believe that chaos brings freedom though. I believe that it brings Marshall Law.
Dramatic License: I sometimes use dramatic license to make it interesting, such as putting a youtube up showing a chess game between me and Stuttering Stuart. However, it should NEVER be construed as me saying that people should rise up against the government or hurt anyone, because that is not why I am here. It is all entertainment that you all seemed to get something out of, and to be honest, I actually seem to get something out of it too. This is because it seemed to be the only place where people appreciated my talent of being an asshole. As I have said before, if my x-wife would have just realized that I was talented, maybe it could have worked out. (Tongue in cheek) You should have seen her face at the Eagles concert last year, which I did not know she was attending, but after she looked down from the top of the coliseum to see her x-husband controlling the audience with his Crazy George Act. You see I had trained the audience to do the wave and sit down and standup when I instructed them, because they all seemed to be sitting there having no fun at the Eagles concert. I said: “What’s wrong with these people? It is a concert for crying out loud!” So I stood in the isle dancing, while I slowly moved my hips to the music in a sexual way, but with a smile on my face, as I shook my head up and down in the yes mode yelling out to the crowd: “I am alive! Thank you Father for giving me proof that I truly existed!”

The crowd was mine for 20 minutes. I don’t think there was a person in that part of the coliseum that did not try to shake my hand when the police escorted me out. In fact, I remember one guy leaping across his chairs to get to me, as he yelled out to me: “Fuck yah dude! You are a fucking badass!” What the crowd could not have known was that security had spent 30 minutes trying to catch up to me until that point. It had all started outside where they could see that I was up to something, because one of my friends were begging me not to do it. I could see the security out of the corner of my eye (Apparently I had Tracker then too lol) listening, but the minute they looked away, I was off and running to get to the front of the stage. I remember about twenty of them chasing me, but at one point I made it to the VIP area, where the elevator was. I stepped in while listening to them screaming “NO! NO! NO,” as they were trying to get to the elevator door before it shut. I just stood there with a shit eating 
grin on my face, while I waved goodbye to them when the doors shut. The elevator took me all the way up to some V.I.P. lounge where there was a bar there. The female bartender asked: “Would you like a drink?” I responded with: “No. I don’t have any money.” She replied: “Oh they are free here. Would you like a drink?” Right about then I looked over at the elevator door to hear “Ding, ding,” and I could see the floors lighting up from the security getting closer. I replied: “Well, I don’t have much time. I think I will just take a shot thank you.” I slammed the shot down and looked up and said: “Got a run!” I was off and running again.
In the end, I am sure the Security guards were afraid that I had too much power, while they feared that I might yell “FIRE!” in the crowd. Yet, I never did. I also never did anything wrong, because nobody said I could not do it, but when they did, I completely cooperated.
Needless to say, I was kicked out, but the poor bastards forgot to take my ticket, so I just came back in on the other side of the coliseum and went back to my seat at the very top. The person who controlled the lights recognized me, and would put the spotlight directly on me at least 20 times. Boy that thing was hot! However, the crowd that I entertained on the other side of the coliseum could see that I beat the system. Thousands of people stood up from their seats cheering every time they put the spotlight on me. Now that is a concert!
Now I am sure there might have been some there that thought the band paid me to do it. (lol) Sound familiar? Anyway, why do you think I did it? More importantly, why do you think the crowd reacted the way they did? It was because I was doing what they feared to do! But I did it because it was fun! (Wink) What a horrible thing it would have been if any of the security or police would have labeled me a domestic terrorist, simply because their egos were hurt and they wanted to get me back. At any rate, I think it is safe to say that the Feds watching me means that I am rock star baby! And I don’t mean maybe! It means that they see me as a power to reckoned with, however, it might be time to sincerely earn their trust at this time. Therefore:

You are my brothers and sisters in this great tribulation that these banks have caused all of us Americans. Please do not do 
anything that takes my Freedom away to do what I do here. I promise to use my Jedi Powers in a responsible way. No worries, as I do not think I am Jesus here or anyone special. I just think that I am the average American who has been damaged by what these banks did to our country. Please join us in making these banks accountable.
Believe it or not, I actually brought all of you Feds for a reason, and that is to tell you that the American people want you to prosecute these bankers for their crimes with no further delay please. Yes, I planned it. (Wink) That is why I am here to tell you that we are not here to get a free house. We are here to get a free country.
I will not fear our government. Otherwise, it is not our government.

I have almost finished updating all the protest blogs that have Mitchell J. Stein’s name on it. I have spoken to several attorneys not related to any of the firms that represent me with my lawsuit with Bank of Lobbying America, about precautions that I need to take in case the California Attorney General has decided to retaliate against my protest against her here. This is because it is my belief that the California Attorney General has potentially created a department to retaliate against me for protesting against her here at piggybankblog.com. This is even though I have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ILLEGAL. We simply fear that Boss Hog might be trying to find anything and everything she can exploit in her potential “Guilty before proven innocent methods,” but in hopes of putting me in a California Attorney General run jail as retaliation for protesting. This is because we fear that she has the power to have another inmate or guard do harm to me both physically or psychologically, while I wait to prove myself innocent against any trumped up charges she might try to bring against me in the future.
Therefore, I have made and will be making changes to my blog to make sure that nothing I do here puts me in danger of being abused by the California Attorney General potential efforts to retaliate against me protesting against her while exposing her as a potential bank pawn. I have every intention of cooperating with the laws of our land in a legal way peacefully, while I offer to cooperate with the AGs office in removing anything that they feel is in violation, if they make such request in writing. I will also be happy to go to any psychologist they choose to make sure I am sane, with the exception that I can bring a shrink of my choice, along with my attorney. I will be happy to do this voluntarily upon request. It is a fricken blog! It is not real! It is TV! Get it? “Dramatic License”.
I have taken the following actions:
- I have either frozen or removed any announcement of my lawsuit page that I created out nothing other than a genuine expression of my excitement for being part of a lawsuit against Bank of Destroying The American Dream. It was expressed to me that the California Attorney General could pull the trigger first and ask questions later by implying that I am a Shill, even though there is ASOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE, NO MONEY, AND NO DIALOG between myself and Brookstone Law Firm agreeing for me to do it. Until today, I actually do not even have any confirmation that they even know it exists. Even until today I know of ABSOLUTEY NO VICTIMS personally. Certainly, I do not consider online complaint boards where other law firms were tracked and sued for spoofing legitimate complaints. – click here
- I froze all protest pages with Mitchell J. Stein’s name on it until I had a disclaimer posted at the top that said: “Please be advised that this protest and blog in no way to suggest that anyone should or should not use Mitchell J. Stein or Mitchell J. Stein & Associates as counsel. The following blog is an expression of my Freedom of Speech while exercising my Civil Liberties to bring light to the fact that the California Attorney General has not prosecuted any bank executives for any of the crimes that they have potentially committed. On December 18th, 2011 Mitchell J. Stein was arrested on some unrelated very serious charges. Myself and Piggybankblog do not represent that Mitchell J. Stein is guilty or not guilty of the charges brought against him. Please proceed with caution. – disclaimer “ For the record, I have never worked for Mitchell J. Stein, as I have been clear with Mr. Stein by reminding him by saying “I do not work for you” several times, in which he acknowledges that fact. I have used things he has told me in my blog, but in a way that any journalist or media person might. Mitchell J. Stein has never at any time had any control over me or what I write on my blog. In fact, Mr. Stein would not even know that I was writing them until after the fact in nearly 99.9% of the blogs I had written about him. I simply used his situation to bring light to the fact that the California Attorney General did not seem to be pursuing the banks at the time. Though I think the AG has made some changes since then, I still have concerns that she will prosecute the poor for being poor, while she allows bankers to get away with crime, simply because of their money and power. However, Mr. Stein has been charged with some very serious charges. This is why I have distanced myself from him as a high profile blogger in this cause, until he is able to publically prove that the charges are false. Simply put, I have concerns because I do not really know of what Mr. Stein does beyond him being my attorney at the time.
- I am in the process of removing all youtubes until I find out that I have the legal protest right to use them first. I will be freezing them all.
- I have sent emails to high level press connections. I have told them of what the situation is in case I am arrested or attacked in any way that I am unable to defend myself. They all have my email list to all of you.
- Please contact Michael Moore if I am put in jail! I will be helpless at this point.
- Know that I would never kill myself!
- I have been combing my hair before I go to sleep because I have heard they always come in when you are sleeping. (lol) I asked someone why some of these people look all crazy in these mug shots and that is what they told me. (lol) They will try to make me look crazy for their agenda. But I am not crazy! It is a blog! It is TV! It is entertainment! They are crazy! (lol)

It is more than suspicious that the day of the threat (December 13th, 2011) was the EXACT DAY that this press release and new task force was announced.
I mean this will allow them to get the bad guys, but I fear that it will also allow them to get the good guys too! They want to control the internet Yo! At any rate, minus the more hanus crimes, practically anyone who uses music in a youtube could be in violation. Law enforcement could abuse our rights of protest. This is because it appears that they are trying to maybe come in under the radar with good intentions, such as they always have done in the past, while at the same time using it for whatever they want. However, I can assure you that hell is sometimes paved with good intentions though, because we always seem to lose more and more rights, as they use things like the Patriot Act to punish innocent people, almost like catching a dolphin in the tuna net. Today it might be me, but if you allow it to happen………….tomorrow it might be you!
Listen, though I use a lot of dramatic license, such as the director of a movie does, I have NEVER had and NEVER threatened 
anyone with bodily harm. I have also NEVER extorted anyone with my blog. It is just a way that I express my protest for all of you to come here and be a part of. This is why I think an investigation should be launched IMMEDIATELY to see if any of these attorneys working for this division have ever worked for any of the banks. I also think an investigation of abuse of power needs to be investigated in the California Attorney General’s office, while I also question any attorneys affiliation with the California State Bar Association. As grotesque as my existence might seem to Bank of Lobbying America and the California Attorney General, I certainly should have the right to exercise my Freedom of Speech and exist. I can assure you that I am not the first person to have put a piggy nose on a political figure in our country.
I am respectfully requesting that you become involved in a way that you never have before, if the California Attorney General should use her power to abuse my Freedom of Speech, because she will also be abusing yours too if she abuses mine. This is why I am requesting that you unite in peaceful protest with any and all “occupy protesters” if my government should begin to abuse my Freedom of Speech. This is because my very life might be at risk in the day they ever put me into a California Attorney General run jail as an innocent man for protesting. If you came across a man like John the Baptist today, you’d probably run away as fast as your feet would carry you. He was a wild man, dressed in skins and eating locusts in the desert. He preached fire and damnation to those who refused to repent. Yet, he succeeded in drawing thousands to hear the Word of God. What can we learn from John the Baptist about spreading the Good News?
John the Baptist was a close relative of Jesus. His mother’s home is where Mary, mother of Jesus went when her pregnancy was revealed. John’s mother Elizabeth was one of the first to know the wonder and honor that had been bestowed on Mary.
The angel Gabriel announced John the Baptist’s impending birth and the name he was to be given to Zacharias, John’s father. The angel also announced the unique mission that John would have. “For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb. And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” (Luke 1:15-17 NKJV)
Virtually nothing is known of John’s youth. After the annunciation of his impending birth and the prophecy concerning his life, we hear nothing of him until the start of his ministry, which probably began around 29 A.D. He made his home in the wilderness and dressed himself in camel hair as Elijah had. The Jews of the time were watching for the return of Elijah who, it is prophesied in Malachi, would herald the Messiah. (Malachi 4:5) John the Baptist would have appeared to be Elijah in looks and in the power of his ministry.
John preached boldly and loudly against sin and for repentance. His preaching was directed specifically at powerful people, like Herod Antipas, the governor of Galilee and Perea. John preached directly against Herod Antipas for taking Herodias, his sister-in-law as his wife. “For John had said to Herod, “It is not lawful for you to have your brother’s wife.” (Mark 6:18 NKJV)
Despite the obvious risks, John preached boldly. He drew huge crowds of people out into the wilderness and baptized them. The word baptize comes from the Greek word, baptism meaning to wash. John was offering the people an opportunity to wash their sins away and prepare themselves for the coming Messiah. The Gospel of Mark described John’s ministry this way, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.’ “John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching a baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. Then all the land of Judea, and those from Jerusalem, went out to him and were all baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins.” (Mark 1:3-6 NKJV)
John the Baptist was not hiding his light under a bushel by any stretch of the imagination. Quite the opposite in fact, he was setting the lands on fire with his preaching. How often do we encounter someone who preaches the Gospel with 
this kind of fire today? It’s rare. It’s also likely that such a person would be locked up for mental illness. How many of us even have a pinch of the courage of John the Baptist? How many of us shy away from witnessing to our dearest friends, afraid that we’ll sound like fanatics?
We have important lessons to learn from John. Bible prophecy tells us that a man such as John will come before the return of Christ. Will we be prepared to listen? Will we turn away from him in shame or label him a lunatic? Many a closet Christian will be challenged when a man like John comes. When Christ returns, will He be ashamed of us? If we are too embarrassed to proclaim Him, He will be. “And now, little children, abide in Him; that, when He shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before Him at His coming. ” (1 John 2:28 KJV)
John’s boldness in calling people to repentance cost him his life. “For Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just and holy man, and he protected him. And when he heard him, he did many things, and heard him gladly.” (Mark 6:20 NKJV) But Herod’s protection and willingness to listen wasn’t enough to keep John alive. Herodias and her daughter Salome tricked Herod into beheading John. (Mark 6:25-29) Even though Herod knew John to be a holy man, he chose the things of this world over salvation.
The world offers some attractive things. The beauty of Salome swayed Herod and all of us are at some time or another romanced by something the world offers that we know is not right. Our challenge and our calling as Christians is to turn our backs on the things that the world has to offer and keep our eyes instead on the eternal salvation of Christ. “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:19-21)
John the Baptist had a calling on his life to preach boldly about repentance. Yet, he was just as human as we are. He had free will just like we do and could have chosen to avoid risking his life with his preaching. Instead he honored God by taking the challenge that God laid before him and doing what was asked of him. It takes tremendous courage to serve God the way John the Baptist did and few of us are asked to risk all that John was asked to risk. His devotion was not forgotten, though. Jesus said of John the Baptist, ” Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist;” (Matthew 11:11a NKJV)
John’s faith was courageous not only in the things he did do, but in the things he didn’t do, too. He didn’t accept any of the creature comforts the world has to offer. He lived like a beggar in the desert instead. There would seem to be no reward at all for John’s devotion. And that absence of earthly reward is the evidence of his tremendous faith. In spite of all that was around him, the threat of death, the poverty, the conditions of his life, he trusted in God to sustain him and remember his faithfulness. John the Baptist knew where his treasure would be and that’s where he kept his heart, in heaven.
Mathew 14:5: For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias’ sake, his brother Philip’s wife. For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her. And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
Mark 6:16 – And king Herod heard of him; (for his name was spread abroad:) and he said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do show forth themselves in him. Others said, It is Elijah. And others said, It is a prophet, or as one of the prophets. But when Herod heard of it, he said, It is John, whom I beheaded: he is risen from the dead.

Many of you have written me perplexed by yesterday’s blog. Some have theorized that someone must have threatened me. Nobody threatened me. It was just a move on the chessboard that was necessary at this time. This is because the Alleged Dirty Trick Playing BofA Attorney is always strategizing, and sometimes, well, they make a move that requires me to rearrange the chessboard or the game. Make one move wrong and CHECKMATE! This is why I simply looked at the board while I contemplated their next move. I sat and stared at the board for quite some time before I made my move. Then my eyes moved away from the board and up at Stuttering Stuart’s eyes, but just to smile, as I reached forward and took two of his pieces off the board.

I have been advised that it might be in my best interest to halt any protest on my blog that might have involved Mitchell J. Stein’s name at the time before he was arrested. This advice comes from several consumer advocates and friends that feel I need to take action with no further delay, basically because I am a high profile blogger, who has an obligation first and foremost to protect the public from any possibility that Mitchell J. Stein might be actually guilty of any of the charges brought against him by the United States Department of Justice. This is even though Mitchell J. Stein is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. -Stein Did Not Plead Guilty
Therefore, in the spirit of cooperation, I will be adding a disclaimer to all “individual” protest pages involving the California Attorney General, California State Bar Association, Judge Jane Johnson. I will be removing any and all youtubes that might be perceived as putting Mitchell J. Stein in good light while facing these very serious charges. I will simply add to the blog page the following statement: “This Protest Page Has Been Suspended While Charges Pending Against Mitchell J. Stein By The DOJ Regarding A Separate Matter.”
Please be advised that I will not be removing or adding any entries in “John’s BofA daily blog”. This is because my daily blog is an ongoing journal that documents my perceptions and feelings at the time events happen. It also does not mean that I will not open a new blog page in protest of The California Attorney General and Florida Attorney General regarding their choice to not prosecute the banks.
In conclusion, the fact that I have decided to promote my lawsuit with Brookstone Law Firm here on my blog has caused much controversy with various overzealous consumer advocates, fake law firm whores, and competing blog sites with advertisers in the industry. However, I have simply concluded that I no longer have the time to continue arguing my right to express my freedom of speech to promote my lawsuit anymore, because something that was meant to enhance my protest, ultimately, might be hurting it because of the time it takes me to fight for my right to do it. Therefore, I have made the choice to remove any and all lawsuit invitation pages over the next few days, while simply replacing it with a link that goes directly to Brookstone Law Firm for information on my lawsuit. Did you enjoy the Mitchell J. Stein drama yesterday? Good! Because I am never going to write about it again! (lol) The truth is that I hated having to even write about it yesterday, because I am not the Washington Post or L.A. Times, but I am a protest blog against what used to be called the largest bank in the world, Bank of Destroying The American Dream. The simple fact is that I lost interest in Mitchell J. Stein the day that he was no longer my attorney and, therefore, I don’t give a shit about the Heart Tronics arrest scandal. So if anyone here thought that my blog yesterday was a glimpse of me standing up for Stein in the future with this issue, I can confidently tell you that you are very mislead, because, to be honest, I really never had any intentions of standing up for Mr. Stein when the California Attorney General raided his office. That is until I caught what I perceived to be someone from the AGs office coming on my blog pretending they were a victim of me referring them to Stein. For the record, the first indication that it was a fake victim was that I have never told anyone to go to Stein on my bog. Nevertheless, that is why I simply decided to FIGHT BACK. My choice to do so had very little to do with Mitchell J. Stein’s wants and needs. I was simply sending the message that I had the ability to unleash hell if I caught anyone using unethical means to get in the way of what I am doing here. I simply let them know that I would use my Jedi powers if they decided to abuse me. However, ultimately, they seemed to insist in involving me the day they came on as a potential victim trying to slander my name.
In yesterday’s blog I simply pointed out that “I” found it strange that they did not arrest Mitchell J. Stein until after he filed a lawsuit against him, after you consider the allegations stem back to 2008. I was not representing that Mr. Stein was innocent of the charges, because, to be quite frank, I have my concerns about the matter. However, and for the record, I also stand in opposition of the fact that the DOJ was on 60 minutes for not aggressively pursuing these bank CEOs for their potential crimes, after you consider that these bank CEOs actions might make Mitchell J. Stein look like a fricken boyscott! However, they are two different issues to me.
So make not mistake here, because I will display Stein as the “Gecko” character from the movie Wall Street if he is found guilty.

(Do The Math Screen Name) Does anyone here think that my accounts would be in the negative if I were the beneficiary of some kind of scam or blog for hire for Stein? Is that why I am not eating right now and have no food? Please! You are dreaming BofA Attorneys! BofA is not the victim here! We are the victims! My lawsuit is the real deal! So you just need to get over it and move on! I am fricken Piggybankblog for crying out loud! Not Willie Gault! Was I biased because he was my attorney? Maybe! But is it against the law? Either way, I am not going to sit here and be afraid to say what I want because of any fear of the potentially criminal Bank of Abusing America unleashing the Feds on me. However, for the record, I have no intentions of defending Mr. Stein in this Heart Tronics issue. So let me make myself clear here, such as I have with Mr. Stein, which is that I stand in complete unison with any of Mitchell J. Stein’s victims in this matter the day he is found guilty of any of these charges.
Therefore, I am offering no further comment on this matter. That is unless I find out that the potentially criminal Bank of Lobbying America has something to do with Stein’s arrest.

Mitchell J. Stein was arrested on Sunday, December 18th, 2011, at Los Angeles International Airport after returning back from a business trip in Ireland. It is alleged that he was involved in a scheme to artificially inflate the stock price in a company called Heart Tronics Inc… Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division charged Mitchell J. Stein with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, three counts of mail fraud, three counts of wire fraud, three counts of securities fraud, three counts of money laundering and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice. If convicted, Stein faces up to 20 years in prison on each count of mail fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, as well as up to 10 years in prison on each count of money laundering and up to five years in prison on the conspiracy to obstruct justice count.
Willie Gault, the former NFL wide receiver and Olympic sprinter was accused by U.S. regulators of taking part in a scheme. It might be said that Gault could be running for the touchdown of his life now, but this time, it appears that it might be the Feds 
chasing behind him trying to tackle him. Gault is accused of artificially inflating the stock of the California-based Heart Tronics Company, while it is alleged that he repeatedly announced millions of dollars in fake sales orders for its heart-monitoring devices between 2006 and 2008. The SEC also sued Gault’s co-chief executive officer J. Rowland Perkins, and Stein’s handyman and chauffer Martin B. Carter in the incident. I know how he feels, because I don’t know about you, but my chauffer is always giving me troubles too. (Tongue-in-cheeck)

For the record, it has been related to me that all of Mitchell J. Stein’s clients are being represented by an attorney named Erikson Davis. Therefore, I am guessing Stein’s previous clients have no need to worry at this time.
Now, I knew about the arrest a day before it was in the press, because I received a tip from Brookstone Law Firm about it. I had decided to not write about it, because Mitchell J. Stein is no longer my attorney in the Bank of Trying To Steal My Home lawsuit, in which I feared that it might take away from what my protest is really about here at Piggybankblog, which is how Countrywide Home Loans Inc. might have sold loans multiple times, and might be unable to identify the actual investors, while maybe illegitimately claiming that they own your loans in most cases. However, I am in receipt of several emails from some of you who have said that you are Stein victim, while one email suggesting that I look up a character named Wendy Feldman, who they claimed that they went to prison for “falling for one of Mitch’s lines”.
Therefore, I did the next best thing, and I contacted Mitchell J. Stein for comment. To my surprise, Mitchell J. Stein seemed 
unfazed by the current charges, while claiming that he anticipated this when filed the lawsuit against the federal government. I was totally shocked, because to be honest, I think my asshole would have puckered at even facing one of those charges brought against him. In fact, I am guessing that the headlines would have read: “John Wright I am Fighting Back was found sitting his living room Papa chair with only his clothes and shoes remaining. It was later determined that Wright was apparently the victim of self-combustion.” - click here Nevertheless, Stein was totally unfazed by the current arrest, while claiming that he was only in jail overnight. Mitchell J. Stein stated that he completely expected this when he filed the lawsuit against the federal government, while insinuating that it seemed to be the federal government’s way of retaliating against him. He went on to talk about the Heart Tronics device, as he was very excited about the outcome of a recent meeting where he claimed the United Nations was now “buying the Heart Tronics device”. – Press release However, I told Stein that I was very disturbed by the email that I received from someone who claimed that they were a victim, in which Stein pointed out that it is pubic record that he was actually the victim in the Feldman complaint. He said that she still owes him 20 million dollars that she had stolen from a trust from him.

The interview with Stein only lasted for about only ten minutes.
However, Stein does bring up valuable questions here. For example, why did the government decide to wait until now to arrest him, if the charges stem back to 2008? The answer might be because Stein recently filed a lawsuit against the federal government regarding the Heart Tronics device. – click here With that being said, let’s not forget, Stein also has filed a Civil Rights lawsuit against California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris. Considering, I was thinking about using Stein in a lawsuit against God, because my water pipes broke yesterday after a raccoon dug up the pipes. It flooded my whole front yard! This was hours after there was a power outage that blew up my computer! Sheesh…..does it ever end?
Nevertheless, the simple fact is that, Stein, who always used to like to refer to himself to me as “Yoda” when we used to discuss his strategies regarding the Honda, the banks, and the Bank of Destroying America lawsuit, might have finally pissed off both the State and Federal Government and is now in a fight for his life to biblical proportions! This is because, apparently, the Federal Government has decided to “fight back” Mr. Stein.
This now begs the question of if “Yoda” has underestimated the powers of the dark side of the United States Federal Government?

As anticipated, I did not receive EVEN ONE comment from anyone claiming that they lost their home as a result of joining my lawsuit at Brookstone Law Firm. My tracker would show that there were nearly 800 hits on my daily blog alone yesterday, in which I am sure that many people who follow my daily blog are people who joined the Wright et al vs. Bank of America lawsuit. The claims that I have promoted that people join Mitchell J. Stein’s lawsuit against Bank of Destroying The American Dream on my blog are absolutely UNSUBSTANIATED BY THE FACTS AND FALSE. This is even though I found it to mine and your advantage to standup for Stein when he was being attacked by the California Attorney General for some stupid allegation about being part of some mailer scheme that I don’t care about. I simply concluded that the evidence presented online was not compelling, while I realized that the alleged Dirty Trick Playing Bank of Lobbying America attorneys seemed to be involved. Does it even make sense that I would promote people joining a competing 
lawsuit at another firm, after you consider that I have my own lawsuit at Brookstone Law Firm called the Wright et al vs. Bank of America? Now granted, I do use a lot dramatic license to express how I feel about the quality of representation on my team, but I cannot think of EVEN ONE BLOG entry or youtube where I have told people to join Mitchell J. Stein’s lawsuit, even though I think it is a good lawsuit because it was the blueprint used to file my lawsuit. I simply wrote blogs that were in support of Mitchell J. Stein’s fight against the California Attorney General and California State Bar because he was one of my attorneys from another firm that I had grafted into my lawsuit. I also found it to my advantage to use his situation to put a spotlight on the fact that the California Attorney General did not seem to be taking an aggressive stand against the banks at the time, in which since then, I am absolutely delighted at the fact that I might have played a small roll in why California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris ultimately stepped out of the 50 state settlement talks to investigate the banks. However, Mitchell J. Stein is no longer one of my attorney’s on the Wright et al vs. Bank of America lawsuit, in which you have now noticed that I have backed off from really talking too much about the situation. Simply put, I seemed to lose interest in the situation, once he was no longer my attorney representing me against Bank of Betraying America.
The simple fact is that I tend to protect ANY of my attorneys representing me in my lawsuit, because I felt and feel that my first lawsuit filed with a different law firm was derailed by false complaint board complaints from disgruntled competitors pretending to be customers – click here and alleged dirty trick tactics involving the Bank of Fooling America attorneys. This is why I simply have a ZERO TOLERANCE for it this time around, as I feel that I have an obligation to protect the other children on my school bus from any potentially irregular, fraudulent, and simply dirty tricks involved in trying to get our lawsuit dismissed. I do not care if one of my attorneys got a blow job in the Oval Office, but only care if they are legitimately representing us with quality representation surrounding the issues outlined in our lawsuit.

I am under the impression that being part of the lawsuit puts the brakes on things because the banks don’t want to further complicate their damages knowing that someone is represented. Could just be my theory. There are enough unrepresented people out there just waiting for the other shoe to drop that the banks don’t really need to pursue someone with a hired gun.

Now some people say: “Why should these guys get a free home?” I say: “Why should the banks get a free home?” Clearly, all these politicians seem to have a double standard when it comes to this issue. That is why I think it is absolutely preposterous for someone to come on my blog insinuating that all these people in my lawsuit are being ripped off while I promote it, after you consider that they forget to mention that the banks are ripping off the homeowner on a daily basis. Who are they trying to fool here? Nevertheless, I am not aware of anyone being “ripped off” for joining my lawsuit or losing their home because of it. Are there complaints that come to me by email that say they do not always call the person back? Yes, but I can count all of them on one hand, in which the law firm always calls them back after they receive an email from me in their behalf. However, it is always interesting to me that the same person making these false claims that people are losing their homes as a result of joining my lawsuit, not even once, mentions how people are losing their homes as a result of Bank of Stealing America’s potentially irregular, fraudulent, illegal, and simply abusive fraudclosure practices, while throwing little old ladies, disabled people, dying people, and war veterans out onto the street.
My favorite ones are those who threaten me by warning me that the Feds could be watching me. Who cares!? Why should I care if they are watching me? Would you care if they were watching you? What are they going to do? Freeze my accounts with millions of dollars in them? Last time I checked, I am a guy who is worried about keeping his electricity on, which hardly implies that I have even $500.00 in my account. In fact, I felt sorry for the person who broke into my account the other day to try and take $1,000.00 from my bank account. The poor bastard did not realize that I had only a hundred bucks in the account. (lol) The account is secure now. However, it is not like I am living off the fat of the hog here. (lol) I have never made a dime from anyone joining any lawsuit with any firm. However, let’s just pretend that I did decide to advertise a law firm on my blog. Is there some kind of law against it? The point is that I just never did it because I felt that it would be a conflict of interest with my protest on a personal level, but I am perhaps one of the only blogs out here that is done by a guy who is not and has not been in the industry, such as I assure you that people like “The Get Out of Debt Guy” and “Mandelman Matters” were in the business at one time. One of them is supported financially by advertisers who are in the industry, which means that their articles could clearly be being presented in a way that would benefit their advertisers, such as putting one of the firms that represent me in bad light because they are considered their competitors. I was a fricken driving school owner for crying out loud, and I have no paid advertisers on my site. I could if I wanted to though! And guess what? I might some day! So what? Who cares?
Therefore, and for the record, I certainly would never promote anything that I believed to be a scam, and the last time I checked, I think that I have a legitimate lawsuit that has been filed in court against Bank of Defrauding America. That hardly suggests that people are not getting what they paid for, but if they are not, it has nothing to do with me because I am just a client. Nevertheless, why should I believe that people are losing their homes as a result of their decision of joining my lawsuit? Correct me if I am wrong, but it sort of appears that people are losing their homes as a result of the banks. I don’t ever hear the critics ever talking about that one? Why? I will tell you why! However, I expect the person to actually give their first and last name, because far too often, I have found that these kinds of complaints have only been from a competing law firm who is interested in driving traffic away from Brookstone or Stein. I also do not want to hear complaints right now about how they might have always called you back, because that is a low level customer complaint, in which it is far from losing one’s home. I want to just hear the ones that claim that they lost their home as a direct result of joining my lawsuit.

I had made quite a name for myself when I was in high school. It all started when I stood up against the science teacher named Mr. Wong in class one day. I had transferred in my freshman year from a private school to a public school with about 2000 students, and I did not know a single person the day I started high school. However, they were all soon to know who I was, because Mr. Wong had tried to assert his authority over me in a socially abusive way that day, in which I do not have to tell all of you that it did not go so well for him. We both could not have known that we would end up being two freight trains running at full speed ahead towards one another for years to come, but it all seem to start with this stupid little toy that I was playing with on the lab table BEFORE class. I would wind it up, set it on the table, and it would bounce around the table, while I laughed historically at it every single time I did it. In fact, it has been over twenty years, and I am still laughing at it right now! It gave me the church giggles, but to the point that I sometimes would just start laughing at it out of nowhere in class. That is until Mr. Wong came over and pissed on my parade, because out of nowhere, he reached forward and grabbed it from me saying “I will take that!”. He then walked back to the teacher podium where he conducted class, and all I remember is just staring at him in shock with a look of “Oh no you did not!” on my face. After all, it was before class, and all he had to do was tell me to put it away. At any rate, he then dramatically set the toy on the podium where he taught from, as he scanned the class from left to right, and as if he was looking at the other students in a way that suggested that he was satisfied with what he had just done. Mr. Wong just stood their in silence with this intense stare the whole time. The silence would only be disturbed by the sound of my chair screeching backwards away from the table that I was sitting at. The other student’s heads slowly turned to where I was standing now, as I started marching towards Mr. Wong with a really pissed off concentrated look on my face, in which Mr. Wong’s face looked scared with anticipation when I stopped right in front of him and just stared at him. I just stood there on the other side of the podium glaring into his eyes, while I had tongue in cheek, and then I lunged my right arm forward to grab the toy back off his desk while saying “Nope! I will take that! You are messing with the WONG guy, Mr. Wong!”. Mr. Wong stood there with his mouth wide open, as I then stormed out of the classroom. The other students just sat frozen with shock at first, because they could not believe what they had just seen, but they were too nervous to laugh in front of Mr. Wong. Then they all busted out with laughter, but in a way that would show Wong that he had lost any control he was seeking over the class. This is because they were not laughing with him but at him. Their laughter was so loud that others outside the class could hear it. The other classroom doors came flying open, while the other students and teachers ran to Wong’s class to see a very embarrassed Mr. Wong standing there staring at them with his mouth still wide open.
As for Mr. Wong, well that poor bastard got me for two years straight. We both had a look of shock on the first day of the second year when I walked in, but I could tell he had spent the summer planning on how he was going to get me back. Part of that plan was to put my desk directly in front of his desk facing him, which ended up bugging him more than it bugged me, because it seemed that everything he did with me would end up backfiring in his face. The poor dummy would always leave the answers to the quiz on his desk, so it did not bother me one bit. That is until the day I looked up from my desk to see a purely disgruntled Mr. Wong resting his chin on his hands staring at me. So I asked him: “Do you have a staring problem Mr. Wong?” He then stood up from his desk, continued staring at me, and then made a motion with his finger for me to meet him outside the classroom. Mr. Wong grabbed me and threw me against the wall when I walked out, and to the point that my feet were not touching the ground. He gritted his teeth together, while he put his face in mine saying: “I will kick your fucking ass boy!” He then let go of me and I slid to the floor sitting down looking up at him with empathy, because I realized that he not only lost control of me, but ultimately lost control of himself in the end.
I guess Mr. Wong would just end up another brick in the wall.

Are you having the Christmas time blues yet? I know I am! Everything is so much different this year. For example, my house used to be the house with the most lights on it in the neighborhood for many years. I used to compete with my neighbor, even though he did not know it, but can you imagine being my neighbor at any time of the year, let alone, at Christmas time? I am just as dramatic in life as I am on the blog, and you are guaranteed to never have a boring moment being the neighbor of “I am John Wright AND I AM FIGHTING BACK!” For example, there was the time that the former Councilwoman here in San Jose, who lived a few houses down the block, thought her and her husband would come over to bully me one time. The other neighbors watched them arrogantly march over to the front door of my house, but only to see them running from my house minutes later because I said to them: “Hold on. Let me get my shoes on so I can come outside and kick your ass!” (Dramtic license used) She was a like a shark that had taken a bite out of its victim, but just to spit it back out because it apparently did not taste very good after it realized it was not part of it’s regular diet. It all started when she put that crooked finger in my face, and I reacted by putting the palm of my hand up and pushed her finger back out the door towards her. Then I went to shut the door, but she tried pushing her way in, with me on one side and her on the other side trying to push her way in. While still grunting from trying to push the door shut, I looked at my son and said: “Son…..here is your lesson about politics! They are always trying get in and we are always trying to keep them out!” Long story, but I don’t think I have ever seen anyone run that fast, even when she ran for California State Assembly member and won a few years later. Needless to say, we don’t hang out or wave to one another when we drive by each other. Anyway, at Christmas time, my neighor Richard and his wife only had one little hanger wire Christmas tree on his deck with the city lights in the background. It reminded me of the Christmas tree in that Charlie Brown cartoon strip. Then one day Richard and his wife stepped out on their deck to see that my house was dressed up with thousands of Christmas lights from top to bottom, as I had three Christmas trees on my deck, three Christmas trees in my house, and a giant snow globe that played Christmas music in the background outside. There was not one place without lights on or in my house during this time of the year. It was a winter wonderland that was born out of my childhood dreams, because my family had been Jehovah’s Witnesses when I was growing up, so we did not celebrate Christmas. It seemed that I was making up for lost time from when I was a child, but in a way that my neighbor could not compete with. I remember hearing my neighbor and his wife gasp when they had first seen it, while they must have felt much like these peoples neighbors in the youtube below, as they were shaking their heads thinking about what it was going to be like living next door to their new neighbor who had just moved in.

Well, I guess Richard is going to win the contest this year, because I have lost my 25 year business and have $100 left to my name and cannot afford the electricity bill anymore. This year my neighbors will see only one solitary light coming from the office in my house during the holidays. It is the only light that I do not have to pay a bill for at the end of the month.
It is the light of hope.

Perhaps the most underreported story is PennyMac. I had written a blog on it some time ago – click here It is the number one keyword put in by Bank of Abusing America employees. There is much controversy surrounding PennyMac because it is virtually ran by the same management that ran Countrywide Home Loans. One of the Piggybankboggers who has been investigating PennyMac for me is a blogger named Renoira. She has been urging me to post her feelings and findings about PennyMac for some time now.

During the process of writing a letter to Edward DeMarco and referencing Martin Andleman’s article, DeMarco of the FHFA… Like when the baby gets a hold of a hammer, I began to mentally put together the facts that I do know and what I am discovering is not pretty at all.
As I have mentioned before, our loan has been transferred by CitiMortgage to PennyMac. The same PennyMac we previous wrote about. The primary executives at PennyMac came from the former Countrywide Home Loan office. In fact, they started out in the very same neighborhood in Calabasas. What a coincidence!
Having worked in the garment industry for several years, I am familiar with companies who fail under one corporate name, that simply fold up and reorganize under another corporate name. That would seem to be what is happening with PennyMac (i.e. Countrywide).
In my research, I discovered from one of the employees with NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) that PennyMac is directly involved with FannyMae. And Fanny Mae, as we all know, is now run by the FHFA.
On September 2, 2011, it was announced that the FHFA was suing 17 banks over mortgage fraud on securites:

The suits allege violations of federal securities laws and common law in the sale of residential private-label mortgage-backed securities (PLS) to the Enterprises.”

Stanford Kurland and David A. Spector are now chief executives at PennyMac. Jeffery P. Grogin is associated with PennyMac, also.
In fact, Stanford Kurland, was quite possibly given the idea for the inception of PennyMac by Timothy Geither, as noted in the following article:

“Stanford Kurland and the Countrywide Crew have never been held to account for their part creating this financial crisis, and now Geithner’s plan makes them rich all over again. Geithner worked hard to cut out provisions in the Senate stimulus bill that would have limited millions in AIG bonuses, and how he’s refusing to endorse Congressional plans to tax them. He seems to believe that there is an elite class of bankers in this country who must make money no matter what happens, who should never be held to account, and whose interests should always come first in any plan the government devises.”
So on the one hand, the FHFA is using PennyMac to make back some of the money it has lost backing the fraudulent securities passed out by these banksters and on the other hand, the FHFA is suing these same mortgage companies for the fraudulent securities that they sold. All the while trying to make up the difference from the American Taxpayer. We may no longer be a viable income source for taxes, because the tax base is limited when dealing with people that are jobless and underpaid, but everyone needs a place to live and they can make up the difference in their losses by bilking the American People through their living expenses.
Interestingly enough, PennyMac is not regulated by the FDIC, nor the SEC, nor the OCC. The only government agency that is regulating PennyMac at the present time is the Department of Corporations. The Department of Corporations has informed me that they will not investigate PennyMac unless I can give them a specific law that they are violating.
So in negotiating with PennyMac over our own personal loan (I will attach their modification agreement with this e-mail) they have informed me that I cannot get a better deal anywhere. (yeah, cause we’re underwater!) They tell me that what happened with us at Countrywide is NOT THEIR problem (Kurland is accepting no responsibility) and that they are acting on the guidelines mandated to them by Fannie Mae (FHFA the same ones suing their CEO?)
Then in the article about Edward DeMarco, head of the FHFA, who does not want to do principle reductions in spite of the fact that Tim Geither and President Obama have requested that they begin to reduce the principles. So….who’s the boss?
What the employees at PennyMac DO feel confident in telling me is that they are operating within the law. Really? It’s reprehensible, but apparently, it is legal. Of course, I have only their word for that.
They do not deny that they moved immediately toward foreclosure once they received our loan. They did this even though we had a temporary modification agreement with CifiMortgage that had not yet been completed. You see, they can do that because it was not yet a permanent modification, so the agreement didn’t count, (that is legally allowed) nor apparently did the temporary modification payments, so now we were in arrears. Gee, too bad.
It is amazing what these employees will inadvertently tell you, however, like the area we live in (Rancho Palos Verdes) isn’t that far underwater. (They have said this several times). So what that means is they can make a quick 2 or 3 hundred thousand dollars by foreclosing and reselling since they bought our loan for PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR.
However, if we want a modification, they will do it for us at $60,000 more than our current mortgage (which was already $50,000 more than the original because of the money stolen from us by Countrywide in a prepayment penalty we did NOT agree to.) So we will be paying over $100,000 more than our original mortgage amount on a loan PennyMac purchased for pennies on the dollar and they are doing us such a great favor that we also have to pay $1,000 for them to write this modification agreement. AND THIS IS LEGAL?
Oh and the “pièce de résistance”, if we are good little subservient mortgagees and we get our credit rating up to 600 points after 6 months, they MIGHT consider a principle reduction program…maybe….of 100 to 115% of our home value. Ahhh, how thoughtful, I was so choked up I couldn’t reply.
So let me see if I understand them correctly. If I don’t have any trouble paying this higher mortgage amount, they will consider lowering it some more? Yeah, we’ve seen how that’s been going…..
Well, just wanted to ad to your intake of information. I don’t know what to do from here. Seems we are all so steeped in our own problems that even legal help is difficult to find…and what rights do we really have? I am open to suggestions if you have any. I’ve already (yawn) written the Attorney General.

The other day someone came on my bog leaving a comment threatening me. After careful tracking and consideration, I have concluded that it “might” be Florida Attorney General Pamela Bondi, or what I like to refer to as “Pamela Blondie.” This is because, lets face it, Blondie is super hot! (Blush) (Hubba Bubba) (Wink) There is nothing more sexy than a good looking woman with power! That is even if she might use a little abuse here and there. I think she was even sort of threatening to spank me metaphorically by launching the Feds on me, but please don’t spank daddy Pamela! Johnny Brat Boy promises to be a good boy for master! (Blush) (Wink) I mean, at the end of the day, how does she release or sleep with all of that power she has? Gosh! You are so powerful! We all fear how smart you are!
Listen, the simple fact is that I will include any attorney general in my protest that is working for or together with the banks in these 50 State Settlement Talks (Racketeering Talks), because I am outraged by the fact that these banks are allowed to pay money in any settlement to escape being prosecuted or justice. First on my list was California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris, who later seemed to have a change of heart, while she decided to not only walk away from the bank settlement talks, but she has actually taken it one step further by joining Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto in investigating the banks – click here It is my intention to actually end my protest against Kamala, by taking all protest material down about her, if she even goes further by prosecuting the banks. This is because it has never been my intention to leave a piggy noes on people here when my protest against them is over. At any rate, I then decided that my next protest would be against Florida Attorney General Pamela Blondie, after Kamala walked away from the talks. This is mainly because of her statements that would bring 
her under my radar of being on the banks side of this issue. I simply created a protest page here on Piggybankblog as “bait,” while I knew that it would eventually bring her here to me. Come to me Blondie! Come to me! It reminds me of fishing really, where you have the little bell on the end of the pole to tell you when you get a bite. That bell was going off like crazy the day before yesterday, and when I reeled it in, I realized that I had a big fish on the end of it. That is until she could see the boat and let go of the hook that is. In other words, I think she figured out I was tracking her. At any rate, the comment on my blog threatening me “tracked” right back to Florida where Blondie is at. Though I am still waiting for the advanced results from my ip forensic tracking experts to prove it, I feel that I have seen enough to know that it is potentially her beyond any reasonable doubt that I might have. With that being said, it is absolutely outrageous that an attorney general would ever threaten to abuse me using the Feds as part of some kind of payback for me protesting against them and the banks, while being a potential example of absolute abuse of power and office. Either way, I have been told that I have to say at this point that it is “unconfirmed,” but I have decided to write the following response to Blondie’s visit here at my page just in case it is her. What a rude guest! I will be titling the article “45 minutes the Floridians will never get back!” This is because she might have been on here for about 45 minutes, according to my tracker. Therefore, I present to you my response to “if” it is the Super Hot Pamela Anderson…..I mean…Blondie….I mean Bondi! (Blush) I am sorry, I am just nervous because she is so pretty! (Blush)
Blondie, are you using your power (the power that was given to you by the people) to threaten the good citizens of this country? Are you trying to use my government to abuse my first Amendment right? Oh Blondie of Florida, what are we going to do with you? Your arrogance presumes that I am guilty of something, but the only thing I am guilty of is being poor. I thought you might have abused your power by launching the California Attorney General on me instead of the Feds. Then I remembered that you and I have something in common.
