Think Twice before buying a Honda!
Think American!
.
April 28th, 2011- American Honda Financial Corporation, who is a subsidiary of Honda, has repossessed my company cars, but only after the payments were just a little over 30 days late. This was regardless to the fact that my company had made payment arrangements, but also regardless to the fact that my company had 25 years of payment history with AHFC, while under the names Dorothy Wright, John Wright, WWW.Inc , DBL Enterprises and P.D.L. Inc. Nevertheless, in the spirit of cooperation, I agreed to pay the potential extortion price, but only because I had no choice. With that being said, I agreed to pay any past due balance, tow charges and storage fees, even though I felt it was nothing less than extortion.
Therefore, I called American Honda Financial Corporation the next day, while all I wanted to know is where I could pay, but also retrieve my cars. However, I was confronted by a potentially snarky, provoking and harassing AHFC staff, who seemed to be speaking to me in a way that suggested they wanted to harass me. Finally, I fought back, in which I simply stated to one operator: “I have never said anything like this before, but I curse you, while I wish you and your family a miserable life.” This statement would then be grossly taken out of context, because now their simply harassing manager, was now claiming that I was threatening bodily harm. The potentially power hungry manager, who I had actually filed a complaint about months before, now told me that I could not have any of my cars back, unless I purchased the cars for the remaining balanced owed. This was not only unachievable for my company, but would end up destroying my 25 year old company, which had serviced over one million customers, while having an A rating with the BBB..
For the record, the repo man commented to me how appreciative he was that I understood that it was his job. In fact, in front of my staff, he even noted how calm I was the entire time. In the spirit of cooperation, I even ordered my staff to give him the keys to all the cars, so that it would make his job easier. Therefore, any American Honda Financial Corporation claim that suggests that I was anything other, is clearly unsubstantiated by the facts.
For the record, I have proof that American Honda Financial Corporation was going to release to me the cars, if the past due amount was paid. Therefore, the representative’s claim that they repossessed the cars, simply because they were afraid of a threat that I made to do bodily harm to the cars, simply does not make sense. This was because they were just getting ready to release them to me again, if I paid the past due amount. So they may think they are good, but they are not that good (wink). This is clear evidence that they are potentially fabricating a story, in which they might hope to support their potential irregular, fraudulent and simply abusive choice to keep my cars, but purposely try and put me out of business.
For the record, nobody at American Honda Financial Corporation ever made a police report, which suggested that I did not threaten anybody with bodily harm. Therefore, this is clear evidence that American Honda Financial Corporation is once again fabricating a story, in which they might hope support their potential irregular, fraudulent and simply abusive choice to keep my cars, while purposely trying to put me out of business.
This is why I have filed the Wright vs. American Honda Financial lawsuit
The TRO filing is the same as the complaint or lawsuit case number: Case#: BC459853
Does the piggybankblog council find them guilty or not guilty?
All parties are considred innocent until proven guilty.

Therefore, please join me in my protest against the Honda and American Honda Financial Corporation. I am also calling for a boycott against the purchase of any Honda‘s. This is because they are a foreign company that has potentially put an American company out of business. It is time we take our country back, but one corporation at a time!
The American Honda Corporation protest will involve:
.
- Pulling all Honda complaints around the internet to here on piggybankblog.com
- Utilizing our 1000 member blogger hit team to leave postings about the lawsuit around the internet on all complaint boards, articles and related topics about Honda.
- I will be making protest youtubes, such as we have done with BofA – click here
- I will be having thousands of people write in their complaints to the Honda Corporation, which will be concerning their subsidiaries potentially irregular and hostile actions. Actions that put an American company out of business.
- I will spend donation money on advertising on Google Adwords, while I make sure that our protest appears under any Honda Google advertisement, but as a “consumer alert.”
- We will be doing professional press releases.
- I will be exposing information that my people were able to find on the Honda Corporation, which might involve an international scandal to biblical proportions!
Please send us an email topiggybankblog@earthlink.netlabeled “Honda Protest,” if you are also a victim of American Honda Financial Corporation. Piggybankblog.com will eventually post your complaint here at our forum. If you have also been a victim of Aaron, Monica or Lawanda, please also let us know abou that too. This is because we might want to use your testimony for my lawsuit.
Please include the following in your complaint:
1. List you name
2. Your complaint
3. Please end it with “I support the John Wright vs. American Honda Corporation Lawsuit”

i bought used honda accord, and i paid less than what other dealerships wanted , i was hooked up with a great deal.
Well – I guess that is good for you. That is unless they take your cars for being just a little over 30 days late — after buying cars from them in bulk for over 20 years.
.
They may have okay cars – but thei loyality to the customer suck. I should know – I bought cars in bulk from them for over 20 years.
.
I can’t expresss how likely it is that you would find a complaint blog to come to share how happy yuo are about Honda. I am a little suspicious. (Scratching my head) It sounds more like a plant or planned public relations hit from a Honda employee.

I brought an Acura in 2007. In 2009 I got behind and my loan was charged off. I contacted AHFC to try to work something out since I was working and had the money. I was refused any type of workout option. Since I would be responcable for the entire amount no matter what I decieded to keep my car. I took it to a friend who keeps it in their garage. Once a year I will get it inspected. Once a month or so I will drive it but no way I would give it back if I will still owe the full amount and they won’t work out any type of deal where I could keep the car. I may be wrong but I feel I am right. You are free to your own opinion. I just wanted a way to work something out and I was told hell no!!!
I’ll never own or drive another Honda again. I’ve been buying and leasing Honda’ssince 1988. I had a 2007 Accord, became sick with cancer, called AHFC before the bills became overdue to extend the lease. I faxed all the paperwork required to their office and continued to make payments, in the fall of 2010 I made a payment and it was returned( not for NSF). Honda stated I failed to provide papers for the extension, they sent them to me again i faxed them again. I received a call 3 days later from a repo agent asking me to surrender the car AHFC contacted a repo company after first accepting a payment and then returning it AHFC then said since the repo had begun i needed to pay repo fees and 3 addtl months in advance. I told the repo co to pick the car up from the cancer clinic the next morning. I provided the address and my lic plate number. The repo co called back to say they didn’t want to hook the car at the cancer clinic and to call them when I was home. I will NEVER buy another Honda no matter who finances it. Funny thing…When the leases of my friends Honda’s ended they also decided to buy American. I would tell anyone looking for a car to never, ever buy Honda or support Honda in any way. I was always a huge supported of the engineering and reliability, that is only a very small portion of the company. How the company treats its customers is a testament within itself. We all know you have to have good credit to lease with AHFC, yet they treat you worse than a buy here pay here car lot.
Yeah sounds like Honda needs a wake up call. If someone is struggling they should extend a helping hand not kick u while your down !!! I also have a Honda. Missed my payment for 3 days and then next thing you know my credit is ruined with no notification I can’t even get approved for a 2,000 dollar loan!!!
