Dear Patricia Barbosa,
I am writing in response to a letter that I received by you dated 05/14/10. First of all, I categorically deny the allegation that I personally sent an email to the BofA CEO, as you outlined in your letter. I am sure that Bank of America is not implying that I would need to send ONE email stating “I support the John Wright vs. Bank of America Lawsuit,” when I have many supporters who have already done that for me. This fact can be substantiated by all the CEO email copies that everyone sent and are posted at www.piggybankblog.com
Since it is readily apparent that you are trying to make people think, by History Channel, that BofA represents the American spirit, I am sure that BofA will support mine and everyone’s freedom of speech at Piggybankblog.com You are welcome to leave a response or comment.
History Channel:
Contrary to BofA’s propaganda, it was the American people who made this nation great and not Bank of America. If your propaganda were successful, people might eventually feel like they are attacking America, if they fight BofA. Since it seems like the History Channel is trying to make people think that Bank of America represents the American spirit, then BofA can prove it by:
- Allowing me to have my day in court and stop trying to get my case dismissed on some potential hatred that your attorney has for mine. It is important to mention that my experience with my attorney is contrary to your attorney’s claims.
- Allowing me to be represented by an attorney and stop contacting me! You are still obviously denying me this right to be represented by an attorney! Please be advised that I will be posting every letter you send me on piggybankblog.com as evidence of harassment.
You stated that you “welcome the opportunity respond to me on Mr. Moynihan’s behalf.” Well, you shouldn’t. I can see that you are proud of something, I just do not know what. Either way, will you please leave me alone? I do not know how much more of BofA’s irregular business tactics and abuse I can take. Bank of America is nothing other than a bully that tries to manipulate it’s customers by sending letters like this that are court ready. In other words, I feel you are a Piggy in sheep’s clothing. I refuse to take it anymore and I AM FIGHTING BACK!
You stated that this alleged email did not include any content other than a link, which is contrary to the letter that you sent me full of legal content. It is also important to state for the record that BofA obviously took one month to respond to an email that had only one link on it. This behavior is completely consistent with my past experience with Bank of America and will only serve to substantiate my claims.
I appreciate you sending me a letter and answering a question that I do not have, but “If your attorney has questions concerning the lawsuit, he or she may contact Robert Buscho at United Law Group or unitedlawgroup.com. “
Your letter mentioned that I am a customer. Please be advised that the minute I get the emotional strength and time, I have every intention of removing my personal and business accounts from Bank of America and going to Bank of The West. That is unless you own that too. The only reason I have not before now, is because I am so wracked with grief that I can barely walk. I do not have the emotional strength to go to your branch and have it take a few hours. A few hours that I do not have right now. It is unfortunate that every aspect of my life is affected by Bank of America. My personal accounts, my business and accounts and apparently even my History Channel.
Other than that, please leave me alone and stop harassing me. It will only establish irregular and unethical and abusive business practice and serve as potential evidence in court
