CashCall Is One of The Worst! Do Not Use Them or You Might Be Sorry!

There is a company named “CashCall” calling me and abusing me all day long, but I have had about enough of them. Just like American Honda Financial Corporation, they call you if you are just a few days late, which is nothing other than harassment if you ask me. They call so much that I have just turned it into a game with CashCall now. It is a fun game that I like to usually call “Who can be the bigger asshole game.” By the way, I think I am winning (wink). However, CashCall is one of the worst of the worst out there. Not only is their interest rate insane, but they call you several times a day from different area codes, but all while they potentially try to phone harass you into paying them. They always threaten you with same bully tactic of saying “Well just know that the collection calls will continue until the past due balance is paid.” Is that a threat? At any rate, this usually comes after they have tried to make you feel like you are a bad person for ten minutes, but it might also be proof that they indeed are acknowledging that they intend on continuing to step over the line with harassing phone calls. However, I always just answer with “Well, just so you know, I do not care. This is because I will just file bankruptcy and change my phone number if continue to call me all day long (smirk).”

What is it they expect to accomplish with this harassment? Do they think we are going to fart magic dust of our butt to produce a payment all sudden? The ironic thing is that I was just reading a complaint that suggested that the CashCall owner might not be paying his bills (lol). Therefore, just how do they think they are going to make me feel bad about being over thirty days late?

I had every intention of paying CashCall back. That is until they started using potential phone terrorism to harass me. I would warn them that if they did not stop, I would not pay as part of a protest. Finally, they crossed line and I fought back! I absolutely refuse to pay them as part of my protest, but because it will only enable and reward their tactics.

CashCall would call me every day.  In fact – almost every hour and from different area codes harassing me. I used to be nice to them the first 20 times they called.  Yet after a while I just started fighting back.  I had even sent in a fax letter telling them to cease and desist — but they did not stop.

Cash Call, Paul Reddam And His Croanies Scandalas and hostile work environment Anaheim California

The truth must come out!!!! Louis Ochoa-Vice President, Cesar Guzman-Cash Call Manager, Dion Kyles-Cash Call Manager, Gene Warner-Cash Call Director, Brandon Warden-Cash Call Manager, Star Silverthorn-Cash Call Manager and Shirley Davis-Human Resourse all work for the biggest corporate slime ball in the the industry.

These people must be stopped at what they are doing and the major investors such as citi-group and Deutche Bank need to know what is really going on. Recently “Jesse” from Long Beach posted some “gossip” about Sex, Drugs and illegal forging of documents. It goes much deeper than that. These people have all created a Hostile Work Environment for all it’s employees. For years now they have all condoned “cheating” which means signing and making payments on loans which enables the employees to earn bonuses and more importantly on paper shows a lesser delinquency to the major investors. – read more

I used to always just try and be nice to CashCall at first.  What I mean is – I had every intention of paying them the money if I owed them. In fact –I am always nice to every company that calls me.  That is until they start talking down to me, or in a way that suggests that I work for them. The simple fact is that I really do not have any incentive to pay any of them back after what stupid Bank of Destroying America and American Honda Financial Corporation did to my life and my credit. However –I just pay them back because I am a good person who wants to pay back my debts.  That is  unless they begin to abuse me. That is why I just turn it into a game when they abuse me.  I give them hope and no glory. For example, I might say something to them like, “Oh I am going to pay you tomorrow” –but then say “Oh that’s right – I don’t think I can do that.”  When they ask me why — I just answer with an abnoxious answer such as, “Because I already told you I do not have it stupid!” That is when they always want to transfer me to their CashCall Stupidvisor.  That only worked on me one time.  That is because I figured out that is the guy they transfer you to only abuses you more while trying to make you feel bad. It is like it is a system they have.  Yet I have my own system now that I have turned it into a game.  Now I always know I am winning when they transfer me to the CashCall Stupidvisor.  This is only because I have made it to the next level of the game — which is why I call it WINNING!

One of the CashCall Stupidvisors made the mistake of abusing me in tone.  He did this while talking down to me too. That is where everything starts to go all wrong for them.  This is because they had apparentley mistaken my kindess for weakness.  That is why I just made fun of him the whole time after that. This was meant to send the message that I will not tolerate it — or that I will not cooperate if I am treated this way. That is when he said to me,  “You are not taking this seriously.” I simply answered with “I see being intelligent was not a requirement for your position.”

My favorite part is when the CashCall Stupidvisor tried to scare me with the fact that my credit report would be negatively affected. Notwithstanding the “no duh” factor – he apparently did not realize that Bank of Destroying The American Dream had already done that for him. Remember you have to all keep in mind it is the Who can be a bigger asshole game. (wink)

The reality is that these piggy banks might not realize that they are dealing with a different customer than they used to in the past.  This means their old methods will not work on today’s Americans. For example, I venture to bet that at least 30% of their customers have already had their credit damaged by banks like Bank of Hurting America.  This is why that whole “it could severely damage your credit” threat is laughable to people like us. This is because it is not going to scare us.  In fact – it is actually going topiss us off while it make us realize that we have nothing to lose by not paying it back.

The sad thing here is that these CashCall employees are driven to treat us poorly by the incentive of money.  This might suggest they are a bad person and not us.  It goes for the same people who bully us at Bank of Defrauding America. This is because I could never do their bottom feeding job and sleep at night. They are all driven by money – even if it means treating their neighbor in a way they would not want to be treated.

The other reality is that today’s Americans have also been severely abused and damaged by these piggy banks irregular, fraudulent, abusive and simply unsafe predatory lending tactics, but to the point that we are having zero tolerance for their abuse. This is because we are FIGHTING BACK NOW!

Oh yah, there is also one more reality that the CashCall Stupidvisor might not have known that I knew about:

Brown, Lender CashCall Settle Charges of Predatory Lending

 

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge yesterday approved the settlement of a suit by Attorney General Jerry Brown charging that CashCall, Inc., a money lender well known as a result of its ubiquitous television advertising, violated consumer protection statutes.

Judge Amy D. Hogue entered a stipulated judgment under which CashCall, whose advertisements featured former child television star Gary Coleman, agreed to pay the state $1 million in penalties and costs and to alter business practices the attorney general condemned as predatory.

CashCall agreed to the settlement with no factfinding by the court and no admission of wrongdoing. But Brown made it clear in a statement that he found the company’s conduct despicable.

CashCall preyed on consumers desperate for cash, charging triple digit interest rates and using loan shark tactics to collect on their debts,” Brown said. “This judgment forces CashCall to stop harassing its customers and should serve as a warning to consumers to be wary of fast-money lenders.” – read more

Therefore, I suggest CashCall and all their Ditech rejects better leave me alone. That is before I get pissed off and go into full blown protest against CashCall by running Google Adwords where they show up.

They have to stop calling you if you send them a certified letter to cease and deist. You can stop the annoying collection calls by sending your certified latter to:

    I took out a $2500 loan with Western Sky, which is apparently part of Cash Call. I was desperate to pay off some other loans, so I (stupidly) agreed to their 180% interest rate. Well, it didn’t take long before I realized that I couldn’t keep up with the payments. I’m currently in a financial reorganization which involves getting a loan from my retirement plan to pay off all my lenders and move forward – one of those lenders being Cash Call. The process takes two things – time and documentation from all of the lenders, the latter of which is required in order to receive my retirement loan.

    Most of my payday lenders, even the collection agencies, have been more than cooperative with me once I explained my plan, and for the most part, they have provided the necessary documentation (account balances, payoffs, etc). The exception has been Cash Call. They have been calling me several times a day demanding a payment. I try to explain to them that I am in the process of securing funds to pay them off in full, but all they say “What are you going to give us TODAY?” I have repeatedly asked them for a current loan statement so I can include it in my retirement loan application, and have tried again and again to explain to them that I NEED this document in order to pay them off, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. I even called them to get my username so I can log into their website and retrieve my current statement (I had forgotten the name I registered with), and rep after rep just kept saying “Pay us TODAY! Pay us TODAY!” HELLO McFLY – I NEED these documents to PAY YOU! It’s like their employees are just pre-programmed robots who are trained not to work with anybody.

    Fortunately for me, I finally remembered my login through trial and error, and was able to download and print the documents I need. Unfortunately, I had to finally send a C&D letter to Cash Call to get them to stop the telephone harassment (hopefully, they’ll comply). I’ve tried to tell them time and time again that it is my full intention to pay off this debt with their cooperation, but they just don’t want to hear it. My theory is that Cash Call would much rather keep me tied to these 180% monthly payments than have me pay them off in full.

    Finally, I was advised to record all of my phone conversations with Cash Call, but they won’t have that either (even though they have NO problem recording me). I live in a two-party state, so I’m required by law to inform the second party up front that the call is being recorded. As soon as I tell them that I’m recording the call for accuracy, they say “We don’t allow you to record our calls”, and hang up. This is very suspect to me. What are they afraid of….perhaps that they might say something unethical, or worse, illegal?

    The good news is that I’m getting back on track financially. Once I pay off my debts, I will NEVER have another credit card, I will NEVER take out another payday loan, and I will NEVER deal with another lender like Western Sky or Cash Call! Steer clear of them if you don’t want a BIG headache!

    If cash call would work with you in a friendly non-combative way and give you one or two easy extensions they would cut their collection costs dramatically. They will give you an extension on next months if you pay the current month before it goes over 30 days. But not without the collection tactics like mentioned above. I would like to start a new company and refi people out of their cash call loans.
    Maybe you can start a list of their collection phone numbers so with caller ID you can decide if you want to answer the call. I have received calls from area codes 704, 910, 330, 832
