Terri wrote on 05/25/10: John they are a bunch of jerks so whats gonna happen now? I’m gonna check out the blog then I’ll get back to you. I recieved an email fro that BofA advocate Marlon Brisco. It stated I wasn’t to share that email with anyone. I’m suppose to contact them witnin 5 days or to bad. I’ve tried contacting him but I don’t get return calls, what do you think about the situation?-Terri

I recieved an email today from an advocate from B of A I’ve tried to contact this person but to no avail no reponse now he says he’s tried to contact me several times and I’ve not responded which is untrue. I have my cell logs and and it shows all my incoming calls. I also was told that I have 5 days to contact him or I’m out of luck. What do you all think about that? I know it’s probably a joke on me. Well us hard working people who get screwed by these Ceo’s and employees who have our lives in there hands and don’t give a care about how we’re lied to and cheated as long as there lives are secure and and cushy everythings good. My family is torn apart now my daughters MS is out of control my grandson who’s 5 wants to go home and is so confused. How do you explain all this to a 5 year old? Can BofA help me out with explaining this I doubt it. It’s easier for them to just displace families and be proud of themselves. They supposedly support MS I’ve seen the articles about it  how 2 faced can someone be? Throw out the handicapped and children what do they care no skin off their noses. we make 82,000 a year we can afford it just haven’t been given a chance. We sent everything they wanted and it was never reviewed same story as every hard working person out there who’s been screwed by B of A. So lets stand together and fight for each other. Update Terri wrote on 05/06/10: Thank you again I can say it over and over but you’ll never know what it means to me to have you on my side, as to date no response from briscoe and he gave me 5 days to respond wich I did even after 5 days and nothing of course which will probably be my fault he’ll say. but we know the truth they try to intimidate and make you feel small but that nots gonna happen here I stronger than that. Thank you for all you do and we all say our prayers for you.

June 03, 2010: Bank of Destroying America has potentially lied so much to us, that we do not believe a word that comes out of their mouth anymore. They need to start putting their money where their mouth is and when they help people like Terri, I might start to believe they changed. Other that than that, I feel Bank of Destroying America has destroyed lives, made our country weak and ruined the American dream. Now they think they can just simply say “sorry we are better now.” NO! What about all the people who killed themselves Bank of Destroying America? Did you see those news clips on the “Foreclosure Crisis” tab on the front page of piggybankblog.com? You gave us no mercy when we begged you and now you want our mercy? What about all the people that lost their homes, because of your potential irregular, fraudulent and simply abusive business methods? Often, your answers have been nothing other than insult to injury and we do not need anymore lip service, we need Reform and accountibility in the banking system. Just like how you are trying to get my case dismissed.

I think that Bank of Destroying America is kind of trying to avoid accountability, don’t you? I do not think you are sorry at all. You have threatened us with your letters and tried to scare us. WE ARE NOT AFRAID OF YOU ANYMORE BANK OF AMERICA! BUT YOU LOOK AFRAID OF US RIGHT NOW. You probably should be too, because we are going to pour twice the measure in that cup that you were going to make us drink from and WE ARE FIGHTING BACK! (Dramtic license use and not a threat)  You have lived in shamless luxory, but what about the lady who’s husband was dying with cancer in the back room, while she was begging you for help? WHAT ABOUT TERRI, BANK OF DESTROYING AMERICA!? Her daughter almost died last night! Did any of your Executives get to kiss their daughters goodnight last night? It must be nice not having to worry about your child slipping off in to dark and being left homeless with nothing when she is gone. You have a luxury that our friend Terri does not have. I am sure you all slept well. I see you all on TV and you do not look like you have lost one bit of sleep. I have watched Bank of Destroying America give more money away to the history channel for potential propaganda, than I have seen you give away to people like Terri. It makes me want to vomit. I THINK BANK OF DESTROYING AMERICA COULD CARE LESS ABOUT PEOPLE WITH MS! That is why I have given Terri and her story center stage on my blog. So everyone can see what BANK OF DESTROYING AMERICA REALLY THINKS OF MS VICTIMS. We are watching you Bank of Destroying America. We want to see what you are going to do with Terri and her daughter WHO IS DYING FROM MS! Every day I update her story too. -Not only are we watching you, but for all you know, the press could be watching too. I am sure that Bank of Destroying Americawill just pull out a press release on that day and say “BofA donated 50,000 to MS.” Well BofA, BFD!

HOW LONG DO YOU THINK AMERICA IS GOING TO LET YOU HIDE IN THAT CASTLE? YOU CAN RUN, BUT YOU CAN NOT HIDE.

In closing, I find it more than appropriate to leave off with where it all started for you and myself Mr. Moynihan and Bank of America. Please, enjoy your new theme song. I know we all do.
